| Launching of the First 16600DWT Chemical |

The first 16600DWT chemical tanker that Linhai Hangchang Shipyard built for Israel Owner has been launched on December 4th, 2009. The vessel is with 142.5m length overall, molded width 23m, molded depth 12.6m, and design draft 8.95m. The vessel is with non-restricted navigation area, when speed is 13.5 knots, the navigation distance should be 10000nm, and the ship is classed with American Bureau of Shipping.
And the second and third sister vessels for the Israel Owner are also under construction on the slipways, these three ships are going to be delivered during the next year.
On the launching day, Linhai Hangchang Shipyard was covered by colored flags, firecrackers and with festival weather. Vice-president and CEOof a famous European Shipping Group Mr. Meltzer, Chief surveyor of ABS Zhejiang area Mr. Li Zengyi, Mayor of Linhai City Li. Zhijian, Municipal Standing Committee, People's Armed Forces Department Ying Liangzhong, Vice-chairman of People¡¯s congress Zhou Yiyan, Vice-mayor Ke Jianping, Vice-chairman Sun Sanhua attend the launching.
