Linhai Hangchang Shipbuilding Industry Co., Ltd locates beside the Linjiang River with beautiful sights, Zhejiang Province, China. The company is next to the 104 national express way and Yongtaiwen Highway, 40km far from Taizhou Airport,35km far from Haimeng Port which is the second largest port in Zhejiang Province. So it is very convenient to approach. The shipyard covers 225,000 ㎡,among which 41.400㎡ of block manufacturing site, 2562 ㎡blasting& painting shop, 40,000 ㎡of other shops. It is invested with 300 million RMB and specialized in building all kinds of steel vessels within 25000 DWT.
Now the company has together 15 slipways among which 8 standard slipways for vessels between 15000—25000 DWT, 5 standard slipways for vessels between 10000-15000 DWT, 2 for those less than 10000DWT. Equipped with advanced equipment gantry crane 3 of 160T,3 of 100T,5 of 60T,4 of 40T.
The company is equipped with digital cutting machine, steel preparing processor, bender, CW61140L, CW61800, CA6163, CD6140A,CD6150A,horizontal lathe Z3080,rocker drill press B6085,horizontal shaper ,the molding machine,CO2 auto welding machine etc and the full range of shipbuilding equipment as well as supporting facilities.
The company holds a spraying workshop which in line with international standards，covers 2562㎡，and various types of processing plant for about 40,000㎡。Hangchang are able to undertake vessels of not more than 20,000 tons.
In oder to meet the requirement of 4 ABS chemical tankers(16600DWT) and BV bulk cargo carrier(23800DWT), the company also built a block manufacturing site which produces 60,000 ton.
Besides, the company’s standard of ISO9001:2000 has through the recognition of China Classification Society Quality Assurance Ltd (CSQA) and be accepted by major classification societies as ABS, BV, and GL.
Besides the hardware, we pay more attention to the talents. Now we have 20 senior engineers, 70 engineers, 15 assistant engineers and 15 technicians.
We bear “the custom and the service go first” in mind, do our best to make Hangchang, a new comer into an new competitor with adavantage in shipbuilding industry.
Until now, Hangchang has delivered 60 vessels and the largest is 18000 bulk cargo carrier. We are building 18 vessels now including 7 BV vessels, 7 CCS vessels, with the largest of 23800 DWT. We are going to build 4 GL4500 multi purposes vessels.
