Hangchang passed the ISO9001:2000 certification by the CSQA in january 22,2006 and applies reference standards-CCS Classification of Ships and its Amendment, the Rules and Regulations for Materials and Welding (CSQA) and its Amendment, the CSQS and relevant industry laws and rules concerning quality.
Drawing: technical drawings shall be checked item by item according to the drawing audit feedback. The technical dept., the QC dept. and the production dept. will work together to prepare the construction scheme with the presence of the ship designer in the tactory according the actual situation, develop the technical design drawings into construction drawings with every items specified, for example, the cut and makeup of ship stucture.
Personnel: the quality of shipbuilding depends on that of construction personnel. Thus, we test and train every member periodically, expose technical reality in every construction section and sample workers to check their ability to identify construction drawings and carry out practical work..
Management: the technical dept. and the QC dept. observe the company management regulations strictly and file and manage drawings, product certificates and various testing and measuring records, technical approval records, nondestructive flaw detection (X-ray film) and diagrams.
